+ The base prices might change depending on the amount of detail the character has.+ The model comes with a basic set of expression (neutral, smile, frown and surprised) any other expression will have additional costs.+The price of the new outfit will be determined by the amount of detail that it has for both the artwork and rigging. The outfit will come with a toggle for it.+ If the priority request is accepted, the fee will depend on how soon the model is needed.+If the vtuber is for a commercial use an extra fee of the ~25% will be applied

+The payment method is done through a Paypal Invoice.+We do partial paymets since we're 2 artists❗❗ You will receive 2 paypal invoices one from Lau and one from Fivey+Once you agree working with us, we will create a dicord chat with you where we can answer further questions you have, send you any important information and WIPs+TERMS OF SERVICE: Once you work with us you accept our terms of service. Please read the section before proceeding further with a commission.+Feel free to contact any of us if you're interested in ARTWORK + RIGGING. Please read before getting our services
General Info
+By purchasing our services you're automatically accepting our terms of servicves explained in this section.+We will send a sketch for approval before starting the line art.+If we miss any details you can ask for the changes free of charge. As long as they are changes we missed from your description. New details after we have started the lineart, have an extra charge.+The price will increase if you want a very high detail model.+ We reserve the right to cancel any commission that makes us feel uncomfortable or if you have been proved troublesome in any way.
Payment Process
+The payment method is done through a Paypal Invoice.+We do partial paymets since we're 2 artists❗ You will receive 2 paypal invoices one from Fivey(artwork) and one from Lau(rigging). You will receive the rigging invoice once the artwork is done.+Once you agree working with us, we will create a discord chat with you where we can answer further questions you have, send you any important information and WIPs+ If the priority request is accepted, the fee will depend on how soon the model is needed.
Work Duration
+ We will give you updates of the process through our discord chat.+ You will always be informed if something comes up during the process of your commission or if it has to be delayed.+ Remember❗ We are two artists and each one is in charge of a section, therefore you will talk with Fivey about the artwork process and with Lau about the rigging process.+ If you need your commission for a specific date you can ask for a priority request. This request will have to be aproved by us and it will have an additioanl fee. The fee will be determined based on the dificulty of the comission and the term you're giving for this.
Refunds
+ Since we are two artists, we divide the work into two sections: Artwork and Rigging. Each section has its own payment and refund process.+ Refunds are only available if the section has not been started yet.+ Once a section is finished, no refunds can be requested.
For example, if we’ve already completed the artwork and are now working on the rigging, you can no longer ask for a refund for the artwork section.+If a section is halfway done (50% completed) and you request a refund, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the payment made on that specific section, not for the total commission cost.
For example, if we’re halfway through the rigging process and you request a refund, you’ll get back 50% of the rigging payment only.
Usage Policy

+ Please let us know if you want us to wait before posting your commission. As the commissioner you will receive credits on the post.+ If you will use the commission for a comercial use a fee of ~25% will be added.As the artist we hold the right to:
+ Post or display both work in progress and the commission on our social media.
+ Promote ourselfes with the commission.As the commissioner you can:
+ Post or display both work in progress and the commission on your social media.
+ Use the commissional for any personla use, if commercial use is intended a 30% fee will be applied.You are NOT allowed to:
+ Take credit over the artwork and rigging.
+ Use it for commercial use if not arranged before.
